Hotel is comfortable and homely. Not so loud neighbour hood. Peacefully and calm. Fed problem with geyser. Seems to be not working so well. Room is clean. Tea/cofee kettle and stuff not provided in the room.

The room exceeded my expectations in terms of both comfort and cleanliness. It was spacious, well-appointed, and featured modern amenities like a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable bed, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was pristine with high-quality toiletries and a powerful shower. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay.

Location is not bad. It was around 4 km from my meeting venue. It is in a lane from main road. That lane is not well illuminated. Auto person charged me much more. Food : breakfast was given on day 1 as i paid extra for check in before time( they charged 50% of room charges extra for checkin in 2 and half hours early) no taste to any dish. It was not even warm. Hotel rooms are very very average. Tv did not work. There was no intercom. So one cannot communicate with front desk. Front desk person on day 1 was ok. On day 2 there was another person. He knew nothing. Could not give receipt/ could not book cab( which they had promised me ) anyway, i could book cab( not a big deal. But they had said it would be safer if booked through hotel. ) room is big. But very old type. No modern look. Sofa was torn. It was more like homestay rather than hotel( dont go by the 'suites' in hotel name. The staff is ok. Very poor in communication.

Room quite clean, and restaurant staffs are so good.. I was pleasantly surprised.. I had enjoyed to stay 3 days. Everyday they were cleaning your room

The hotel is decent - not as good as shown in photos. Found bedbugs on the pillows on the second day which was horrible. Got the room changed and then it was okay. They can work on their cleanliness and furniture condition. Linen is changed after 2 days - can increase the frequency

Very spacious rooms, large windows, working wi-fi, decently good options for breakfast, as well as lunch/dinner. Location is not great, any decent eating place is at least 1km away (towards the old mumbai highway.
